I lead a team of technology experts who work closely with our technology partners and our law department and law firm clients on the selection, implementation, and effective use of the full range of technologies offered by Morae. I also am responsible for the daily operations of our technology service lines, ensuring that we have the correct people and processes in place to deliver the level of service that our clients expect. I am responsible for leading and developing our service delivery strategy, constantly looking for ways to improve the way in which we deliver services for our clients.
What I have done I have spent nearly two decades working in the legal document and content management space. I have worked in both a technical and project leadership capacity, helping large law firms and corporate legal departments design solutions to improve their information governance strategies. Working with organizations such as BP, Barclays, Fidelity Investments, Freshfields and Borden Ladner Gervais, I have worked with both the business and technical teams to provide guidance and experience to deliver successful projects.
Why I am at Morae I came over from Phoenix which has always prided itself on our passion for client service and project delivery. We believe that by hiring the best people and providing them a culture to learn and develop, they will deliver excellence to our clients. I lead a team of market experts who work closely with our technology partners and our law department, service delivery teams and law firm clients to assess, select, implement, and manage transformative solutions.
What I have done Prior to Morae, I was the co-founder and president of the Phoenix Business Solutions, the world’s largest implementation partner for iManage. Phoenix was acquired by Morae in May 2019. I began my career as a consultant, leading large document and email management deployments, before putting my experience into practice in a commercial role. At the time my primary focus was the account management of large, global customers, building excellent c-level relationships at firms such as Clyde & Co, Herbert Smith, Norton Rose Fulbright and Barclays.
Why I am at Morae I am here at Morae because I have a deep understanding of the legal industry and always bring fresh new ideas and solutions to the professional services market. What I have done I have almost 30 years of experience in finance, management consulting and mergers and acquisitions. I have worked to drive value for companies from small start-ups to large, multibillion-dollar organizations where I was responsible for business strategy, finance and operations. I was also a consultant for the first half of my career, so I understand the needs and demands of clients and how hard our people work every day to exceed their expectations.

What I have done Prior to joining Morae, I have had extensive experience in both finance and management consultancy sectors. My corporate finance experience includes a publicly held SAAS company which specialized in behavioural analytics and a professional services firm that operated in the accounting and the technology sphere. From the management consultancy side, I have worked for Huron and FTI where I was primarily involved in providing providing dispute advisory services to law firms.

What I have done Prior to leading the global delivery function, I was the chief legal officer of Clutch Group, managing the company’s legal, risk, compliance, data privacy and governance functions. Before joining Clutch, I was the Senior Counsel and Global Practice Head of the Litigation & Investigations Practice at CPA Global and responsible for building and shaping that company’s managed review business. Prior to CPA Global, I was a partner at Venable LLP in Washington, D.C., where I worked extensively in all aspects of white-collar criminal defense and enforcement-related litigation, including representing corporations and individuals in grand jury investigations, managing parallel criminal and civil proceedings, going to trial and advising on voluntary disclosure and compliance issues.
