Following the introduction of the Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions Regulation 2016 (2016 No.696), the use of electronic signatures is now legally admissible in the UK. This follows EU Regulation No 910/2014 and the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act. Morae moved to identify the best partner to enable our customers to take full advantage of this new opportunity globally. As the leader in the field, DocuSign was a logical choice and an excellent enhancement to our existing solution portfolio.

Offering DocuSign eSignatures functionality to our customers means they can now request and accept an electronically signed document – speeding up work processes and improving their client responsiveness. We can also tightly integrate eSignatures with iManage Work, ensuring the seamless creating of workflows incorporating digitally signed content. Access from a mobile device ensures that documents can be signed while out of the office without the need to access a printer or scanner.
